Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Lance Jennings of Bamberg, SC has created a solar powered landscape light with a spring base to prevent breakage should the light be accidentally contacted by objects like people, animals, or lawncare items.

As the owner of 3 dogs, Lance was constantly fixing solar lights in his yard that were knocked over upon the slightest contact. After becoming frustrated with not being able to train the dogs to use caution around the lights, he ventured to uncover a way to allow the lights to always return to their original position after being contacted. Thus, the Flexi-Light Solar was born!

But how does it work? The invention is a solar powered landscape light with a spring between the main post and the ground spike. Now, if the light gets knocked over by people, pets, a hose, or similar passing objects, it will simply bounce back into its original position. This prevents breakage and keeps a yard always looking its best.
